NON-NEGOTIABLES
Every year group has a set of non-negotiables. These are the minimum requirements in reading, writing and maths we expect children to know and understand by the end of that academic year. These are also shared with parents at the beginning of the year. Click on the links to read.

In Early Years and at Key Stage 1 phonics, writing and spelling are taught using a scheme called Read, Write Inc. published by Oxford University Press. If required, we also use the Rigby Star scheme for reading.
